Sheila
Sheila Bluhm, née Eckhardt, was born in Duisburg in 1989 and studied at the Stuttgart State University of Music and Performing Arts from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2023, Sheila Bluhm was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Heidelberg Theatre and Orchestra. Important roles in Heidelberg included Hermione in 'Der Steppenwolf' (director: Bernadette Sonnenbichler), Tamino in the international co-production 'La flauta mágica' (director: Antú Romero Nunes), Teiresias and Jokaste in 'Ödipus', Kläri Wäscher in 'Der Besuch der alten Dame' (director: Alexander Charim), Minna in 'Minna von Barnhelm' (director: Ronny Jakubaschk). At the Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen she played the role of Aschenbach in 'Der Tod in Venedig' in 2023 (director: Alexander Charim). In the 23/24 season, Sheila Bluhm can be seen at the Basel Theatre as Polly in 'Die Dreigroschenoper'.
