Nanny Friebel

Nanny Friebel was born in Bern in 1998. Already in her youth she appeared in various productions at the Bühnen Bern, including the opera 'Wut' (2010, director: Dieter Kaegi) or as a dancer in 'Die Gaza Monologe' (2014, choreography: Marcel Leemann). In 2022 she completed her bachelor's degree in acting at the Bern University of the Arts and won a scholarship from the Armin Ziegler Foundation in the course of her studies. In the 2021/22 season she was part of the acting studio at the Bühnen Bern and performed in acting productions such as 'Rose Bernd' (directed by Roger Vontobel) and 'Emil und die Detektive' (directed by Hanna Müller). She also devotes herself to the violin and has played in the Bern Symphony Orchestra, among others. She was also a member of the Youth Symphony Orchestra for a long time and toured Europe with them. She is currently studying for a Master of Arts in 'Expanded Theatre' at the Bern University of the Arts, where she developed her first solo performance 'Seeds'.
