Susanne Grau

Susanne Grau works as a dancer, performer and choreographer. She studied contemporary dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne and the MA 'Performing arts practice and visual culture' in Madrid. In 2015 she received the danceWEB scholarship at the ImpulsTanz Festival Vienna. 2012-2020 she was a member of the MichaelDouglas collective in Cologne. As a performer she has worked with Fabrice Mazliah, Alexandra Pirici, Özlem Alkis, Rocio Marano, Davis Freeman, Prue Lang, Choy Ka Fai, Shai Faran, May Zarhy, Juana del Mar Jimenez Infante, among others. Since 2023 she is a certified practitioner for Rolfing/structural integration. She also teaches contemporary dance practice in different contexts, regularly for refugee children in Berlin-Marzahn. Since August 2023 Susanne has been working as a dancer with Ballett Basel.
