The German actress Sarah Bauerett was born in Aachen in 1984 and grew up in Bonn. She completed her acting training at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main from 2004 to 2008. During her studies she played her first roles at the Schauspiel Frankfurt for two years from 2005 to 2007 and in 2008 she made a guest appearance at the Nationaltheater Weimar in the role of Helena in 'Faust II' (directed by Laurent Chétouane). She had her first permanent engagement from 2008 to 2009 at the Württembergische Landesbühne Esslingen. From the beginning of the 2010/11 season she was a permanent ensemble member at the Staatstheater Oldenburg. There she worked with Klaus Schumacher, Jan Neumann, Jan-Christoph Gockel, Marc Becker and Thom Luz, among others. She has been working as a freelance actress since 2015. In 2016, she made guest appearances in the production 'paradies fluten' at the Theater Rampe in Stuttgart, at the Kleist Festival Days at the Kleist Forum in Frankfurt (Oder) and at the Author's Theatre Days at the Deutsches Theater Berlin. Bauerett also appears in front of the camera for film, cinema and television. After her first film roles, she has worked mainly for television since 2014, including in the ARD television series 'Praxis mit Meerblick', in the cinema film 'Magical Mystery oder: Die Rückkehr des Karl Schmidt' or in the television series 'Schneller als die Angst'. Sarah Bauerett lives in Berlin.
