Marthe Meinhold, born in Berlin in 1997, is studying philosophy and theater studies at Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2018, she has been working with Marius Schötz as a dramaturg and author at the Staatstheater Saarbrücken, the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, and the Volkstheater Wien, among others. As a directing duo, further work followed at the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar, the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe and Schauspiel Stuttgart. 'Little Ice Age' is her second work at Theater Basel after 'Das Narrenschiff' in the 22/23 season.
