Catherine
Alioth Member of the Board of Directors

Catherine Alioth studied experimental biology at ETH Zurich. After completing her doctorate in pharmacology, she gained experience in clinical research in Switzerland and abroad. Most recently, she worked as a research associate in a research network at the University of Basel. At the same time, she is actively involved in various associations and foundations that promote cultural and social life in Basel. In 2013, she was elected to the Board of Directors of Theater Basel by the theatre cooperative. She has been a member of the Basel-Stadt Grand Council for the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) since 2017 and is a member of the Education and Culture Committee.
