Sabrina Zwach studied Cultural Studies and Aesthetic Practice in Hildesheim. She curated a programme section for 'Weimar 99 - European City of Culture'. She directed the 5th Festival Politik im Freien Theater in Berlin. As a dramaturge she has worked with Herbert Fritsch, Robert Borgmann, Mateja Koleznik, Simon Stone, Antú Romero Nunes, Ersan Mondtag, Capriconnection and Anne Lenk, among others. She has worked in various theatre management positions, such as at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz under Frank Castorf, at the Berliner Ensemble or at the Burgtheater Wien. Sabrina Zwach writes for theatre and film. After Shostakovich's 'Die Nase', she is again involved in 'Pferd frisst Hut' at Theater Basel in the 23/24 season.
