Hauke Heumann

Hauke Heumann, born in Lübeck, studied German and Gender Studies in Hamburg and acting at the UdK Berlin. He lives and works as a freelance actor in Berlin and was a fellow of the International Forum of the Theatertreffen in 2012. Regular collaborations with Gintersdorfer/Klassen, Johannes Müller and Philine Rinnert and the costa compagnie at sophiensaele Berlin, Kampnagel Hamburg, HAU Berlin, FFT Düsseldorf, Theater Bremen and Ballhaus Ost. With Felix Rothenhäusler he played Edmund Tyrone in 'Eines langen Tages Reise in die Nacht' by O'Neill and the Frog in 'Die Fledermaus' by Strauss. With Gintersdorfer/Klassen he was invited to the Skulptur Projekte Münster 2017, the festival 'Politik im freien Theater', the Festival d'Avignon and three times to the Tanzplattform. The joint production by Gintersdorfer/Klassen and Benedikt von Peter 'Les robots ne connaissent pas le blues oder die Entführung aus dem Sérail' from Bremen was also shown at the Wiener Festwochen.
