Where would a theatre be without its audience, and where would theatre enthusiasts be without a subscription? Thanks to all its advantages and discounts, a trip to Theater Basel is twice as enjoyable when you have a subscription.

  • 10 to 20% off theatre tickets
  • A 10% discount and an option to buy an additional ticket
  • A reserved seat of your choice
  • Fixed theatre dates for the whole season
  • The subscription can be transferred onto another person (exception:
    Sunday afternoon subscription for AHV and IV, school pupil subscription)
  • In May 2023, the management team at Theater Basel will present the 23/24 season to subscribers. Followed by an apéro
  • Subscription date exchange: 2× free, thereafter CHF 8

Freely select at least four works from the opera, theatre and ballet performances on offer in the Theater Basel programme. Depending on the number of works selected, you will receive a discount of between 10% and 20% on the regular admission price (except for special events and guest performances). Flexible choice of seat, work and date. Four, eight or twelve performances. The selective subscription can be compiled and purchased at any time.
