Get to know the new members of the OperAvenir opera studio! The young singers come from all over the world. They will introduce themselves to the Basel audience for the first time in a portrait concert. The programme includes famous arias and ensemble works by Gaetano Donizetti, Gioachino Rossini, W.A. Mozart and Friedrich von Flotow. Hélio Vida, director of our OperAvenir, will accompany the evening on the piano.

Since 2006, the Basel opera studio OperAvenir has been supporting young singers in their first steps into professional theatre work after graduation. The members of the opera studio appear on stage in various roles. They also create a varied programme with their own projects, concerts and performances.
