Anna focuses on activist art. She fuses her dance styles and creates her own movement quality, working with text and spoken word. Her background in social anthropology informs her art and she often explores issues of identity, delving into very personal themes and creating an intimacy with her pieces that encourages the questioning of one's own norms. Anna reflects on her realities in her art and aims to create access for POC arts practitioners and promote empowerment. She is currently touring Switzerland with her own piece 'Perspectives' and internationally with the company MEK and Father Politics.
