Van Aerde Costume design

Sietske Van Aerde is a visual artist and costume designer and lives in Antwerp. After studying Costume Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, she ventured into the realms of painting, sculpture, textile art and performance art, while remaining actively engaged in designing costumes for a multitude of national and international productions. During the 2022/23 season at Theater Basel, Sietske designed the costumes for the production of Haydn's ‹Schöpfung›.
