Reika
Shirasaka Dance

Reika Shirasaka was born in Tokyo and raised in both China and Japan. She began her professional dance training at Kobe College, majoring in dance under the direction of Toru Shimazaki, and continued her studies at the «Maslool» contemporary dance school in Tel Aviv, directed by Niv Marinberg and Offir Dagan. Reika started her career with the Fresco Dance Company and later worked with the Avshalom Pollack Dance Theater. She has also performed as a guest dancer with Tanztheater Wuppertal. Throughout her journey, she has collaborated with renowned artists including Inbal Pinto, Eyal Dadon, Adi Salant, Shahar Binyamini, and Ben Green & Myy Jeraffi. Currently, she is working as a freelance dancer based in Berlin. As an artist,she is always interested in the collaboration between space and the human body.
