Ralitza
Malehounova Ballet mistress

The Belgian Ralitza Malehounova trained at the Royal Ballet School in Antwerp. After completing her studies, she received her first engagement with the Stuttgart Ballet under the direction of Reid Anderson. She then danced at the Mannheim Ballet under Kevin O'Day and at the Scapino Ballet Rotterdam under Ed Wubbe. Over the course of her career, she has worked with various choreographers and danced works from the classical to the contemporary repertoire. She has been a freelance artist and choreographic assistant since 2013, including at Nederlands Dans Theater and Codarts University of the Arts Rotterdam. She regularly rehearses pieces by Marco Goecke for other companies. She has been ballet master at Ballett Basel since the 25/26 season.
