Pavle Pekić was born on 28 September 1972 in Belgrade (Serbia). He graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in the class of Professor Vladimir Jevtović. He has appeared in more than 50 theatre plays and over 20 films and television programmes. He has received several awards for his work, including the prize for best performance from the Belgrade Drama Theatre for the role of von Aschenbach in the play ‹Götterdämmerung›, directed by Jagos Marković. Pavle was awarded the ‹Golden Moon Award› - Festival of Comedy Skopje and the ‹Golden Smile Award› of the Zagreb Festival of Comedy and Satire for the role of Eling, directed by Marko Manojlović from the Belgrade Drama Theatre. Pavle made his debut on the stage of Theater Basel in the role of Winston in the play ‹1984›.
