Ilunga Performer

Julie Ilunga was born in Basel in 2005 and grew up there. She gained her first theatre experience at the junges theatre basel in the productions ‹Amore United› by Lucien Haug and ‹Um Kopf und Kragen› directed by Hannah Biedermann. She recently completed her specialised baccalaureate in design/art. In the 24/25 season, she completed a six-month internship with the theatre management at Theater Basel, where she also sat in on and subsequently assisted in the productions ‹Die Chroniken von Mars›, ‹Die Krume Brot›, ‹Die Glasmenagerie› and ‹Was wir im Feuer verloren›. She is now returning to the stage and can currently be seen as an actress in the production ‹Ode an die gewaltbereite Jugend›, directed by Sebastian Nübling.
