The Italian Giada Zanotti received her dance training from Annamaria Prina at the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala and at the Dance Studio Faenza under the direction of Luna Ronchi. In 2013, as part of her training, she worked as a trainee at Tanz Luzerner Theater under the artistic direction of Kathleen McNurney and received a scholarship at the Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre through choreographer Roberto Campanella. She received her first permanent engagement in 2014 with the ballet company of the Hanover State Opera under ballet director Jörg Mannes. In the 19/20 season, the ballet direction in Hanover changed and Marco Goecke took Giada Zanotti into his ensemble. During her career, she has danced in works by choreographers such as Hans van Manen, Mauro Bigonzetti, Sol León & Paul Lightfoot, Marco Goecke, Jiří Bubeníček, Niels Christie, Andonis Foniadakis, Lukáš Timulak, Ihsan Rustem, Georg Reischl, Juliano Nunes, Medhi Walerski and others. She has participated in numerous international galas with a varied repertoire. She joined Ballet Basel for the 25/26 season.
