Carla Wieden Dobón is an experienced cultural worker with over 15 years of stage experience as a professional dancer at theatres such as Ballett Salzburg, Ballett Mainz and Oper Halle. Parallel to her artistic career, she has continued her education in the field of cultural and theatre management and completed a Master in Cultural Management (UOC, 2023), a Bachelor in Ballet Pedagogy (CSDMA, 2021) and in Tourism (UNED). She also gained practical experience in cultural management, including as assistant to the artistic director of the Halle Opera and in PR & Marketing at the Maxim Gorki Theatre Berlin (2023 to 2024). Since August 2025, she has held the position of Assistant Director and Production Manager at Ballett Basel.
