The Stadtcasino becomes a football arena
A large orchestra, a choir, four solo singers and three football legends tell the life story of a footballer - from the football pitch to the Super League, from street footballer to model professional. Also on board: FCB star Beni Huggel, coach Danique Stein and commentator Beni Thurnheer. Composer Moritz Eggert has written a version of his football oratorio for FC Basel and its opponents. In this entertaining concert evening, the dramaturgy of the infamous 90 minutes meets the classically austere form of the oratorio. An introduction will take place in the foyer of Theater Basel.
